Definition: CARE PLUS - Exclusionary Coverage – is considered the highest level of coverage available, the Exclusionary coverage combines both Power Train and Stated Components, and then some. Instead of listing what is covered by an Exclusionary plan, it lists what is not covered. These are called exclusions, which is where the plan got its name.

The reason that exclusionary coverage is prepared in such a manner is because it covers such a vast number of parts. To take the time and detail to list out every item that is covered would take an obscene amount of time and span for countless pages. So instead of taking all these pain-staking hours to list everything that this plan covers, if it is not listed in the list of “exclusions”, then it is covered.

Definition: CARE PLAN - Stated Component Coverage Only - Consists of a list of parts and components Stated Component plans will cover your main components and then some. But to sum it up as simple as possible: If it is listed on the policy’s list of covered parts, then it is covered.

Definition: Disappearing Deductible – if YOU purchased the DISAPPEARING DEDUCTIBLE option and return to the SELLING DEALERSHIP for YOUR covered mechanical repairs, no DEDUCTIBLE will apply to those repairs.

Definition: $50 Deductible – if YOU purchased a $50 DEDUCTIBLE option YOUR covered mechanical repairs will be $50 at the SELLING DEALERSHIP and NATIONWIDE (Any Licensed Repair Facility)

Definition: $0 Deductible – if YOU purchased a $0 DEDUCTIBLE option YOUR covered mechanical repairs will be $0 at the SELLING DEALERSHIP and NATIONWIDE (Any Licensed Repair Facility)

The Over The Counter/Service Drive Sale offers a tailored opportunity for extending protection to powersports vehicles nearing the end of their Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) warranty period or those without any remaining OEM warranty. This program is specifically designed for vehicles that align with the model year eligibility criteria outlined in the most recent rate sheet. To qualify for this type of Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) or Priority Maintenance agreement, the vehicle in question must either have less than 30 days left on its OEM warranty or no OEM warranty at all.

Here's a breakdown of the key details for the Over The Counter/Service Drive Sale:

1. Eligibility Criteria:
- Powersports vehicles with less than 30 days remaining on their OEM warranty or no OEM warranty qualify for this program.
- The vehicle must also fit within the specified model year guidelines, as detailed in the latest rate sheet provided.

2. Rating and Pricing:
- When processing an application for this type of sale, select "Yes" for Over The Counter/Service Drive Sale to ensure the vehicle is rated correctly.
- If the vehicle has 31 days or more remaining on its factory warranty, it is still considered a new vehicle for VSC purposes and should be rated accordingly, qualifying for new vehicle rates.
- For Over The Counter/Service Drive sales, a $250 surcharge is applied to the base price, reflecting its status as a used vehicle.

3. Waiting Period:
- A 30-day waiting period is initiated from the date of contract signing. This period is designed to ensure all conditions are met before coverage starts.
- Customers will have these 30 days added back to the end of their contract, ensuring no loss of coverage time due to the waiting period.

4. Usage Milestone Before Coverage Activation:
- For on-road vehicles, a minimum of 300 miles must be passed.
- For off-road vehicles, PWCs (Personal Water Crafts), and snowmobiles, 25 hours of usage must be accumulated.

This structured approach ensures that the transition from the OEM warranty to extended protection is seamless, offering customers peace of mind and uninterrupted coverage. The Over The Counter/Service Drive Sale is an essential component of maintaining customer satisfaction and vehicle reliability, particularly as the vehicle ages beyond its initial warranty period.
