During the term of ownership of your new motorcycle, UTV, ATV, Scooter, dirt bike, snowmobile or Jet ski, your vehicle may experience normal wear and tear as a result of use. Normal wear is expected, unfortunately your manufacturer (OEM) warranty does not cover these components. Enjoy the ultimate peace of mind from unexpected charges.

Adding Rider's Advantage Wear Care coverage helps protect you against additional costs and can provide a more worry-free experience.

Wear Component Coverage

We will pay or reimburse You for Reasonable Costs to replace any Breakdown of a Wear Component listed below in accordance with Section V. GENERAL PROVISIONS contained in this Contract. Reimbursement amounts for replacement parts or components may be based on new, non-OEM, or remanufactured parts at the Administrator’s sole discretion. You are not required to pay a deductible for any Coverage provided in this Contract.

1. BELTS AND HOSES – Replacement of the following components up to a maximum aggregate total of three (3) per year throughout the term of the Contract: vacuum pump belt, serpentine belt, power steering belt, alternator belt, supercharger belt, AIR pump belt, air conditioner belt, water pump belt, heater hose, bypass hose, throttle body hose, upper and lower radiator hoses, air conditioning hose, power steering pressure and return hose, air hose, washer hose, vacuum hoses, and fuel hoses.
2. BRAKE PADS – Replacement of one (1) set of front and rear brake pads or shoes during the term of the Contract. Carbon/ceramic brake pads are not covered. The tolerance for Brake Pads is 3mm; Brake Pads with more than 3mm remaining will not be replaced.
3. BRAKE ROTORS – Replacement of one (1) set of front and rear brake rotors during the term of the Contract. Carbon/ceramic and warped brake rotors are not covered.
4. ELECTRICAL ITEMS – Replacement the following components up to a maximum aggregate total of three (3) per year throughout the term of the Contract: fuses, interior and exterior light bulbs including turn signal bulbs, engine compartment lights, running lights, fog lights, stop lights, backup lights, license plate lights, parking lights, trunk light, dome light, courtesy light, visor light, map light and glove box light during the term of the Contract.
5. HEADLAMPS – Replacement of up to three (3) inoperable headlamp bulbs during the term of the Contract. Impact damage is not covered.
6. WINDSHIELD WIPER BLADES – Provides replacement of one (1) set of windshield wiper blades or inserts during the term of the Contract.
Additional Benefits
1. KEY/KEY FOB REPLACEMENT BENEFIT – In the event You have experienced a Covered Loss and You cannot operate Your Vehicle because the key or key fob has been broken, accidentally lost, or stolen, We will pay or reimburse You for receipted expenses, up to a maximum of four hundred dollars ($400.00) to have Your key or key fob replaced. Pre-authorization is required for this benefit and Coverage is limited to one (1) replacement key, programmed specialty key, or fob over the term of this Contract. No key replacement claims will be paid without pre-authorization.
2. TOWING BENEFIT –In the event of a Breakdown covered by this Contract, We will pay or reimburse You for receipted towing expenses up to one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per occurrence. Any payment shall be for actual towing charges in excess of any applicable reimbursement from the manufacturer or any other towing Coverage.
Optional Coverage
1. DRIVE BELT – If You have elected this optional Coverage and the box marked “Drive Belt” is checked on the Registration Page, We will replace one (1) Drive Belt over the term of the Contract provided the Drive Belt has completely failed. Gradual reduction in operation due to wear and tear is not covered.
